Troubleshooting volition range from replacing hard drives, mother boards, to changing IP addresses and more. Windows feel is necessary/mandatory.

Tools Required in the Classroom

Laptops computers with an Ethernet port and RS232 port/converter. Techs will demand to connect to the Internet either wired or wireless. The tech volition need to have the ability to install several programs to their laptops and possible change network settings. Administrative rights volition be needed.

Form Information

This Easily-On course begins Monday morn at 8:00am CST. Dejeuner break is at 11:30am and form ends at 5:00pm merely could go longer. Fridays class will cease at 4:30pm.
